Court Allows “Premchai” to Bail after no Intention of Fleeing
Court has allowed “Premchai” to bail after the defendant shows no intention of fleeing.
Following the court ruling earlier to sentence Premchai Karnasuta, Managing Director of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) for 16 months jail without suspended sentence, the court, later, has allowed a bail after seeing that the defendant does not have intention to flee.
