On March 19, 2019, Thong Pha Phum Provincial Court has passed the sentence to jail Premchai Karnasuta, Managing Director of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) for 16 months without suspended sentence, including a THB 2 million fine over the black leopard poaching case.
