GUNKUL Reveals a New Project Worth ฿5bln., Pushing Backlog over ฿7bln.!

GUNKUL has announced that its joint venture with FEC has acquired a new project to install underground fiber optic cable in Bangkok area 3 worth THB 5,000 million.


Ms. Sopacha Dhumrongpiyawut, President of Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (GUNKUL), has revealed that the GKE and FEC joint venture, consisting of GUNKUL and Future Electrical Control Company Limited (FEC), having Gunkul Power Development Company Limited as a shareholder, has acquired an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work to install underground fiber optic cable in Bangkok area 3. The project value including VAT is around THB 5,000 million.

She has asserted that the company will continue the bidding for projects to increase its revenue and profit. The EPC project that GUNKUL acquired will push its backlog over THB 7,000 million while being confident that the revenue will reach THB 8,000 million (+25%) as projected.

 

Nevertheless, April 25, 2019, is the ex-dividend date for GUNKUL in which shareholders will receive a dividend in stock at the ratio of 5:1 at the price of ฿0.05/share, and a dividend in cash at ฿0.01/share. The payment date is on May 15, 2019.
