According to AOT, the denial was due to the lack of experiences in operating retail business by itself after MINT presented Minor Food Group Public Company Limited’s work experience, which is MINT’s subsidiary. However, AOT disqualified MINT, stating that Minor Food Group is a different legal entity and not a joint venture company with MINT.
