Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited (SAWAD) has reported the result of the tender offer of Srisawad Finance Public Company Limited (BFIT) from June 21 – July 26 by offering to purchase 121,530,031 shares or 22.05% of BFIT’s outstanding shares.
SAWAD has announced that the company has acquired a total of 4.09% of BFIT shares during the tender offer period to currently hold 82.04% stake in BFIT.
