TIGER Signs 3 New Construction Contracts Worth 457 Million Baht.


On October 24, 2019, Thai Enger Holding Public Company Limited (TIGER) has announced that Thai Enger Company Limited (TEC), the core company, has signed three new contracts with a total contract value of 457 million baht.

1) The Renovation of Power Distribution to Underground Cable System is a joint venture between Thai Enger Co., Ltd (TEC) and Siamthammanon Co., Ltd. (STN) to establish “STN & TEC Consortium”, each company holds 50% of the entity interest, for award winning bidding the Renovation of Power Distribution to Underground Cable System, owned by Provincial Electricity Authority, on Sri-poowanart Rd. Phase II (the intersection of Ratyindee Road – the intersection of Nipat-uthid 1 Road) and Suphasarn-rangsan Road (the intersection of Ratyindee Road – the intersection of Petchakasem Road) Amphoe Hadyai, Songkla, followed by the Development of Electricity in Big City Project Phrase I (Hadyai Lot 3). The contract value is 287,591,539.80 baht with 365 days of the construction period.

2) The 6-storey reinforced concrete accommodation Building, Chongnonsee, Bangkok is TEC’s sole working project, owned by Individual Owner (not related with group company), to construct the 6-storey reinforced concrete accommodation Building, Chongnonsee, Yannawa, Bangkok. The contract value is 85,000,000 baht with 18 months of the construction period.

3) The Additional works of V-Villas Construction Project, Phuket is TEC’s sole working project, owned by Vichaya Phuket Company Limited, to construct the additional works of V-Villa Hotel including the electricity system, mechanical engineering system, sanitation system, air conditioner, pool and sanitary wares. The contract value is 84,200,000 baht with 12 months of the construction period.
