“Terminal 21 Korat” to Remedy Casualties, LHSC Asserts “T21 Korat” not in the Fund

LH Shopping Centers Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (LHSC) has made an announcement regarding the force majeure situation at the Terminal Korat.

According to the force majeure situation that occurred at the Terminal 21 Korat shopping center in the city of Nakhon Ratchasima between 8 and 9 February 2020. After the incident, Terminal 21 Korat stated that it would fully provide the remedies of those who have been affected by the shooting spree.

Furthermore, Terminal 21 Korat would prepare to open the shopping center as quickly as possible for traders to operate continually their business and can return to normal soon.

In addition, Mr. Monrat Phadungsit, President of Land and Houses Fund Management Co., Ltd., asserted that the Fund invested only in Terminal 21 Asoke while Terminal 21 Korat had yet to be included in the investment of the Fund.
