Coronavirus Global Cases Beat 1 Million, Germany Becomes 4th Worst-Effected Country


The total number of coronavirus infection cases globally has surpassed one million according to Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center data collection.

 

Recently report showed there are at least 1,015,709 confirmed cases across the world, leading by the United States (245,213 cases), Italy (115,242 cases), Spain (112,065 cases), Germany (84,794 cases) and China (82,443 cases). While the death toll surged to 53,069 and more than a half of death figures were reported in Europe. And New York becomes the third epicenter after Hubei, China and Italy as there are 92,743 confirmed in only one state.

 

After an infection jumped to above 84,000, Germany making it the fourth worst-affected country and beating China’s total cases report, but Germany has a greater percentage of patients to recover from the covid-19 compared to the U.S., Italy and Spain as around 22,440 people have recovered from the disease.
