KGI Securities has given an “Outperform” rating on Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) with a target price at ฿59.50/share.
KGI stated that the consensus has estimated EA’s profit to grow 28% CAGR (2019-2022), while its PE is at 20x. EA continued to diversify its business as well as purchasing NEX at 40% stake, in which EA is expected to use NEX as a channel to sell EV’s battery.
Maybank Kim Eng has given a “BUY” recommendation on Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited (SPRC) with a target price at ฿8.00/share.
Maybank expected 2Q20 profit to grow outstandingly in response to the gross refining margin in the quarter (around 4-5 USD/bbl compared to 1.28 USD/bbl in 1Q20) due to the recovery of gasoline spread and the discount oil prices from the Middle East.
