Central Bankruptcy Court Accepts THAI’s Filing Rehab Plan, Schedules a Hearing on 17 August, 2020.
The Central Bankruptcy Court, on May 27, 2020, has accepted Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI)’s filing for rehabilitation plan, announced the State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO).
SEPO stated that the court has accepted THAI’s filing for rehabilitation plan and scheduled the hearing on August 17, 2020, if any objections were raised by debtors.
