EA Officially Announces the Completion of CRL’s Acquisition to Enhance Ferry Services
Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) has announced the completion of its acquisition of Chaophraya River Line Company Limited (CRL) to expand business and enhance competitiveness on ferry transportation and tourism services.
On November 23, 2020, EA officially announced that the investment of its subsidiary, i.e. E Smart Transport Company Limited (EST) to acquire ordinary shares 99.9996% in Chaophraya River Line Company Limited (CRL) has been completed, according to the approval of the meetings of Board of Directors of the Company and EST on 14 October 2020 and 16 November 2020, respectively.
The purchased share price is Baht 85.70 per share with an aggregate value of THB 55,704,828.60.
