STGT Gains over 2% after SGX Greenlights the Secondary Listing, Despite a Plummet in SET

STGT gained more than 2% in the morning session after the Singapore Stock Exchange gave a green light on its secondary listing.


The share price of Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) rose 2.26% in the morning session on May 5, 2021, in response to the positive sentiment on a secondary listing in the Singapore Stock Exchange, despite a sharp plummet in the Thai stock market.

 

As of 10:22 local time in Thailand, STGT rose ฿1.00/share or 2.26% to ฿45.25/share with a trading value of 434 million baht.

In the meantime, SET Index plunged 9.98 points or 0.63% to 1,573.15 points with a trading value of 21.9 billion baht.

 

Earlier this morning, STGT stated that on May 3, 2021, the company received a letter of conditional Eligibility-to-List (ETL) from the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX-ST) in connection to the proposed.
