Thai Exports in June Beat Market Expectations with a 44% Growth
Thai exports in June rose 44%, beating the market forecast of 39% growth. Meanwhile, imports grew 53.75%.
The Ministry of Commerce reported that Thai exports in June 2021 expanded 44%, which was higher than the market forecast at 39%. Meanwhile, imports in June grew 53.75% with a trade surplus of 945.06 million dollars.
As for the first half of 2021, Thai exports rose 15.53% and imports grew 26.15% with a trade surplus of 2,439.15 million dollars.
