NRF Expects to Takeover a U.S.-based Modern Nutritional Supplements Company, WellPath

NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (NRF) has announced that Board of Directors’ meeting No. 11/2021, held on 13 August 2021, passed a resolution to acquire WellPath in a transaction size of up to US$ 4.06 million (or approximately 135.3 million baht) and is expected to be completed within the 3rd quarter of 2021.

The investment will be the third project under Boosted NRF Corporation, following previous acquisitions of Prime Labs and SOL Trading. The acquisition follows on the execution of the company’s E-commerce strategy and supports NRF diversification into the rapidly growing ecommerce world.

The transaction is an asset purchase, which includes intellectual property, trademarks, expertise and know-how, and other intangible assets relating to WellPath Trading brands, such as Pure Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, Boost Elderberry Gummies, Zen Anxiety and Stress Relief Supplement, and Vital Turmeric Gummies.

WellPath has over 6 years of operations and has a total of 11 SKUs, such as vitamin and gummy supplements, and distributes its products on Amazon.com in the United States. The transaction is subject to final confirmatory due diligence, which is expected to be completed by the end of August 2021.
