Maybank has given a “BUY” recommendation on COM7 Public Company Limited (COM7) with a target price of ฿45.50/share.
Maybank stated that COM7’s earnings outlook at the end of the year should benefit from the “Shop Dee Me Kuen” stimulus campaign. 2021 earnings outlook is forecast to grow +25% YoY, thanks to branch expansion, online channel growing from 5% to 10%, which should boost NPM to increase from 3.7% to 3.8%.
KGI Securities has given an “Outperform” rating on Sahamitr Pressure Container PublicCompany Limited (SMPC) with a target price at ฿12.70/share.
KGI expected SMPC to post a 4Q20 net profit of Bt140mn (+80% YoY, -22% QoQ), which would imply impressive YoY earnings growth for 2020, in line with its full-year forecast. Though KGI had taken into account risk to its 2021 earnings forecast and assigned PER at its average level, SMPCs share price has been trading at a cheap PER, offers an appealing dividend yield of 7%, and 24.5% upside to the target price.
