The decline may have been due to the uncertainty of whether the company will accept the proposal of receiving compensation for 700 MHz licenses or not. Sources familiar to the matter stated that the Board of Directors said that there are yet to be a concrete resolution for this case while Mr. Somprasong Boonyachai, Director of BEC, stated that the Boards had discussed on this issue, but still could not make a public announcement as of now.
