ORI insists no cancellation of “KnightsBridge,” moving forward to finish in 3Q19


Regarding the fire incident at one of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI)’s building that was under construction on May 3, 2019, ORI has made an announcement in the following day to clarify that the fire had occurred at the storage room containing plastic materials and paper boxes on the 15th floor in KnightsBridge Prime Sathorn.

The company asserted that the fire had been distinguished within 15 minutes without any casualties or injuries while there was no damage to the building structure, and the construction could be proceeded without any problem.

Today, Mr. Kreingkrai Kreebongkan, Chief Construction Officer of ORI, has clarified in “Kaohoon JorTalad”, Facebook Live, YouTube Live and FM 102MHz that the fire incident had burned only construction materials and there was not any effect or damage to the building structure.

The value of the project of KnightsBridge Prime Sathorn is THB 3.8 billion. Currently, pre-sale is at 90%, having a backlog at THB 3.7 billion. ORI expects to gradually recognized approximately 70% of its backlog in 3Q19 or THB 2.6 billion.
