“Ekniti” Steps Down as Chairman of the Board, “Chaiyapruk” to Perform the Duty Instead
Mr. Ekniti Nitihanprapas, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has resigned from the position of the Board of Directors, effective from November 1.
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) has announced the resignation of Mr. Ekniti Nitihanprapas, Chairman of the Board of Directors, from the position of the Board of Directors, effective from November 1, 2019 onwards.
In this regards, Air Chief Marshal Chaiyapruk Didyasarin, the Vice Chairman, will perform the duty of the Chairman according to THAI’s articles of association No. 24.
