EA Spends ฿5mn to Acquire 99% of Subyai, Aiming to Invest in Wind Power Plant

Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) announced that the subsidiary company EA Renewable Holding Co., Ltd. (ERH) has invested in Subyai Wind Farm (1) Company Limited (SWF) to acquire 99.9850% of the total issued and paid-up shares of SWF. SWF aims to invest in wind power plant business in Chaiyaphom Province

ERH invested in ordinary shares of SWF in proportion of 99.9850% of the total issued and paid-in shares of SWF with aggregate value of Baht 4,999,250.00.
