Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2019 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;
GPSC reported a net profit of 4,061 million baht, increased 702 million baht or 21% from 2018, mainly resulted by the operating results of the project that GPSC has invested and the commercial operation date (COD) of projects in 2019, which are Namlik 1 Power Co., Ltd., Rayong Central Utility Plant 4, Xayaburi Power Co., Ltd., and Chonburi Clean Energy Co., Ltd.
Along with the recognition of GLOW’s performance and Sriracha Power Plant. GPSC’s income as well benefited from the share of profit of associates and joint venture in 2019 increased by 252 million baht or 43% from 2018.
For the period of FY2019, GPSC’s operating revenue amounted 66,562 million baht, increased from 24,880 million baht in 2018 or jumped 168%.
GPSC has approved a dividend payment from the operation at 0.80 baht/share to be paid on April 17, 2020.
