AMATA to Book a Profit of ฿1.7bn Soaring 71%, Offers a Dividend at ฿0.25


Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (AMATA) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2019 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

AMATA posted a total revenue of 2019 year-end performance at 6,232.8 million baht, up 36.2% YoY. As well reported the year 2019 net profit at 1,742 miliion baht, growth 71.7%. The increase of net profit mainly driven by the growth in land sales, notably Amata City Rayong, recurring income, rental income and other income, together with the reduction in administrative expenses.

AMATA has approved a dividend payment at the rate of 0.25 baht per share and scheduled to distribute on May 8, 2020.
