SCC Offers a Dividend at ฿7, Postponing AGM due to the Coronavirus Outbreak

The Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SCC) has announced that the Board of Directors has approved a dividend payment of ฿7.00/share to be paid on April 17, 2020. The ex-dividend date is April 9, 2020.

 

Moreover, SCC has postponed tha 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for April 1, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. in Athenee Crystal Hall on the 3rd Floor of The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok to prevent the spreading of coronavirus and for safety of all shareholders.
