ORI Establishes “Knightsbridge Kaset Interchange” to Operate Real Estate Development Biz

Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI) announced that the company has established the new registered subsidiary namely Knightsbridge Kaset Interchange Company Limited to focus on real estate development business, with the registered capital of 1,000,000 Baht.  According to shareholding proportion, Park Luxury Company Limited will hold 99.99% of total shares.
