TRC Establishes a Subsidiary “Mahat” to Operate Aata Analytics Services

TRC Construction Public Company Limited (TRC) announced that the Board of Directors’ Meeting held on August 14, 2020, has approved Olive Technology Co., Ltd. (Olive), a subsidiary 50% shareholding by TRC, to establish a new subsidiary namely Mahat Company Limited, with a registered capital of 1,000,000 baht divided into 10,000 ordinary shares. Par value at 100 baht per share

Mahat Company Limited will operate data analytics services and platform management. Regarding the shareholder structure, Olive Technology Co., Ltd. owns 6,000 shares or equals to 60% and Business Partner owns 4,000 shares or equals to 40%.
