SAMART to Complete the Disposal of “OTO” by Dec 9, Expecting to Book ฿465Mn in 4Q
Samart Corporation Public Company Limited (SAMART) announced regarding to the Board of Directors’ Meeting held on November 20, 2020 in the matter of the Disposal of Assets for ordinary shares of One to One Contacts Public Company Limited (OTO), the Company and Samart Engineering Company Limited (SE) will dispose 191,600,000 shares and 2,100,000 shares, respectively, total of 193,700,000 shares or equivalent to 69.18% of total paid-up shares of OTO, at a price of 2.40 Baht per share with total value of 464,880,000 Baht, to 3 investors including Mr. Boon-aue Chitthanom, Mr. Suthipoj Ariyasuthiwong and Mr. Nattapong Seetavorarat.
The Company was notified that there will be changed in the buyer list from 3 persons to 7 persons, the details are stated below:
The transaction is expected to be completed within December 9, 2020. Therefore, after the completion of this transaction, OTO will no longer be SAMART’s subsidiary.
