Maybank expected JMT’s 4Q20 earnings outlook to make an all-time high and continue growth momentum into 2021-22 thanks to GPM that accelerates faster than expected due to a 20% increase in cash on fully amortized loans portfolio. Maybank expected this to boost JMT’s net profit to jump 32% YoY in 2021.
Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Land and Houses Public Company Limited (LH) with a target price at ฿9.10/share.
KSS recommended LH as a stock with a high dividend yield. The security company expected a 3.7% of dividend yield, representing a dividend of ฿0.35/share from LH’s operation in 2H20. LH is also the least affected by the coronavirus outbreak in the property development sector.
