KEX–Betagro Join Hands to Launch a Cold Delivery Service Driven by World-Class Technology

Kerry Express (Thailand) Public Company Limited (KEX) announced that on 8 October 2021, the Board of Directors has approved to incorporate a joint venture company with Betagro Public Company Limited and/or its subsidiary (BTG) under the name “Kerry Betagro Company Limited” with the investment portions of 60% by KEX and 40% by BTG.
The initial registered capital will be Baht 1,000,000, with a plan to further increase to Baht 50,000,000 during the first phase.
With the key strengths of KEX and BTG, the JV Co’s main business objective is to launch a forefront cold delivery platform driven by world-class technology, process engineering and ultimate user-experience across Thailand for the best customer experiences.
