ORI’s Subsidiary “Britania” Final IPO Price Set at THB10.5
The subscription is available for Pre-emptive Right on 7–9 December 2021, and for other investors groups during 13–15 December 2021
Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI) announced the final price for Britania Public Company Limited (BRI) in an initial public offering (IPO) at THB10.5 per share, with trading scheduled to begin on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in late December.
BRI is a real estate developer engaging in low-rise residential properties and other low-rise properties related.
The subscription for BRI’s IPO newly issued ordinary shares will be available for the eligible shareholders of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI) during 7–9 December 2021 (Pre-emptive Right), and for other investors groups during 13–15 December 2021.
