THAI’s Creditors Approve the Rehabilitation Plan
THAI's creditors approved the business rehabilitation plan, and will be submitted to the Bankruptcy Court within May 28, 2021.
Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), stated that in the creditors meeting on May 18, 2021, has approved the business rehabilitation plan.
The legal Execution Department will present the plan to the Central Bankruptcy Court within May 28, 2021.
