Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited (FSS) has informed that the company was notified by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited (ICBCT) as one of FSS's major shareholders, of the reduction in FSS's shareholding to the proportion not exceeding 10% of the total shares of the company in order to comply with the Financial Institutions Businesses. Act B.E. 2551 (2008) and Notification of the Bank of Thailand No. Sor.Nor.Sor. 7/2561 re: Regulations on Investment of Financial Institutions. On May 30, 2019, ICBCT sold 71,440,151 shares in FSS, equivalent to 12.29% of the total shares of FSS to Apex Speed Holdings Limited under a big lot transaction. However, FSS has not been notified of the detailed information of the transferee. FSS will immediately report to the Stock Exchange of Thailand once further information has been obtained. Also, FSS would like to inform that it does not plan to make any material change in its management structure and management control as well as its policies.
