SIRI Invests ฿50M in “Siripat Six” for Property Development

Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) has established a new subsidiary Siripat Six Co., Ltd. for property development which SIRI holds 100% share. The initial capital of the new subsidiary is THB50,000,000 by divided into 500,000 ordinary shares with the par value of THB100 each.

Additionally, the paid-up capital is THB12,500,000 which the source of the fund comes from SIRI’s working capital. SIRI expects to earn dividends from the return of investment.
