AJA Establishes 3 New Subsidiaries to Expand and Diversify Its Business


AJ Advance Technology Public Co., Ltd. (AJA) notified that regarding to the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 2/2020held on 11 February 2020, the Board had a resolution to establish of 2 new subsidiaries, AJ Beauty Group Co., Ltd. and Unionthai Platform Co., Ltd., to support the expansion of the new business of the company. And approved 1 new establish ubder the subsidiary company, Bangkok Pay Co., Ltd. (BPay), which named AJ Charge Point Co., Ltd.

AJ Beauty Group, a company which will mainly focus on beauty clinics business, registered with a capital of 20 million baht, divided into 2,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 10 baht/share. Unionthai Platform which is a platform business operating manages and provides online services for small and medium-sized businesses in Thailand, has a registered capital of 1,000,000 baht, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 10 baht/ share.

While AJ Charge Point Co., Ltd will focus on selling and renting Power Bank, hold 51% by Bpay, has a registered capital of 10,000,000 baht. The objective of all new investment subsidiaries is to diversify into a business with sustainable growth which will strengthen AJA group and reduce the key business dependency risk.
