Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG) with a target price at ฿19.80/share.
KSS stated that BCPG announced a better-than-expected net profit of Bt574m, up 29% QoQ and 17% YoY (beating KSS’ estimate by 16%). BCPG is a defensive stock that is currently trading at only 14x PER vs 20-30x for peers. KSS projected 5% annual dividend yield vs sector average of 2%.
DBS Vickers Securities (DBSVS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Asian Sea Corporation Public Company Limited (ASIAN) with a target price at ฿6.30/share.
DBSVS pointed out that the increase in gross profit margin of ASIAN in the first quarter of 2020 led the company to record a net profit of 104 million baht, increased 76% YoY and 483% QoQ. Thus, DBSVS upgraded ASIAN’s rating from “Hold” to “Buy” and also upgraded the target price from ฿4.30/share to ฿6.30/share, following the increase of ASIAN profit. The profit for 2020 was expected to record at 308.6 million baht.
