ADVANC Establishes 2 Subsidiaries Worth ฿22mn, Providing Fiber Optic in Sahapat Park

Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (ADVANC) announced the establishment of the new joint venture (JV) and subsidiary company as follow;

 

1) The establishment of the new joint venture named Saha Advance Network Co.,Ltd. (SAN) with Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Plc. (SPI), to provide fiber optic network in the industrial park of Sahapat Group with the registered capital of 30,000,000 Baht.

 

The shareholding structure comprised of a 70% hold by Advanced Broadband Network Co.,Ltd. (ABN) (99.99% subsidiary of ADVANC) and a 30% hold by Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Plc. (SPI) (Listed in the SET).

 

The JV is intended to develop the fibre optics infrastructure service within the SPI’s industrial parks i.e. Si Racha District of Chonburi Province, Kabinburi District of Prachinburi Province, Mueang Lamphun District of Lamphun Province, and Mae Sot District of Tak Province, covering a total land area of 7,255 Rais where approximately 112 factories are located. As demand for telecommunication connectivity is rising within the industrial parks, fibre optics network will serve as fundamental infrastructure to leverage for value added services such as Domestic Data Circuit, Corporate Internet, Cloud and Data Center, as well as the upcoming 5G solutions for factories, contributing to ADVANC’ growth in enterprise business.

 

2) The establishment of new subsidiary company named LearnDi Company Limited, to provide training and seminar through online and e-learning platform with the registered capital of 1,000,000 Baht.
