ACE Wins the E-Bidding of 2 Municipal Waste to Energy Projects 

ACE was declared as the winning bidder of the e-bidding of 2 closed-system municipal solid waste (MSW) disposal (waste to energy) projects.


Absolute Clean Energy Public Company Limited (ACE) informed that on 22nd April 2021, Chiangwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Udonthani Province, has announced and notified National  Clean Energy Company Limited (NCE), a  subsidiary which the company indirectly holds 90% shares, that NCE is the winning bidder of the e-bidding and has been selected to invest, develop, and operate its closed-system municipal solid waste (MSW) disposal (waste to energy) project with minimum incinerator capacity of 400 tons of MSW per day with 25 years of Build-Own-Operate (BOO) contract period and the power plant of this project is expected to has 9.9 MW of installed capacity and 8.0 MW of power purchase agreement (PPA) capacity.

 

Then, on 7th May 2021, Chokchai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, announced and informed Absolute Power Plant Company Limited (ABP), a subsidiary which the company indirectly holds 90% shares, that ABP is the winning bidder of the e-bidding and has been selected to invest, develop, and operate its closed-system municipal solid waste (MSW) disposal (waste to energy) project with minimum incinerator capacity of 466.96 tons of MSW per day with 25 years of Build-Own-Operate (BOO) contract period and the power plant of this project is expected to has 9.9 MW of installed capacity and 8.0 MW of power purchase agreement (PPA) capacity.

 

If there is any significant progress or development of these 2 projects, including the signing of PPA, ACE shall notify as appropriate.
