Stocks in Focus on September 11, 2020: DOHOME and EA

Kaohoon Online has selected stocks with a high-growth potential for investors to consider on September 11, 2020.

 

Kasikorn Securities has given a “BUY” recommendation on Dohome Public Company Limited (DOHOME) with a target price at ฿14.50/share.

KS upgraded DOHOME’s earnings forecasts by 4 – 5% on robust SSSG in 2H20. SSSG is likely to peak in 3Q20 at 8-12% despite softer SSSG in August, as it doubled in July and September. YoY earnings growth will come from a greater portion of private label sales, while QoQ growth will be driven by higher retail sales.

 

Maybank Kim Eng has given a “BUY” recommendation on Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) with a target price at ฿47.50/share.

Maybank expected EA’s 3Q20 earnings to recover +20.9% QoQ from 1) Southern wind in July to August has recovered from the monsoon, resulting in the 126 MW Had Kanghan project to resume power generation rising +26.7% QoQ and 2) B100 biodiesel sales price expected to recover +10.5% QoQ after the lockdown eased.
