Bumrungrad Hospital Public Company Limited (BH) has reported the change of shareholding structure of the major shareholders of the company as a consequence of the reports of 26 November 2020 from Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited (BDMS) to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on the developments of the sale of its investment in the Company, under which it sold 90,500,000 shares, equaling 11.37% of the total issued and paid-up shares of the company to Mr. Satit Viddayakorn.

 

Mr. Viddayakorn, the second major shareholder and a CEO of Principal Capital Public Company Limited (PRINC), purchased BH’s shares at the price of ฿103.00/share, totaling 90.5 million shares for a total value of 9,321.50 million baht.

 

According to an earlier announcement from BDMS, the company still has 90.2 million shares or 11.34% of BH left on the table. BDMS expected to complete the disposition of all BH shares by December 2020.
