ROJNA Turns to Book a Profit of ฿293Mn in 1Q due to Gain on Sales of Noncurrent Assets

Rojana Industrial Park Public Company Limited (ROJNA) has announced its 1Q21 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows; 

For the first quarter of 2021, ROJNA earned a total net profit of 293.107 million baht, compared with a net loss of 807.736 million baht in the same period of last year. This is mainly attributed to 1) the revenue from sales of property slightly decreased as the customers are not yet due for final payment and transfer of land ownership. 

 

2) The revenue from sales of electricity declined due to FT adjustment, 3) the revenue from services and rentals, which is the revenue derived from sales of industrial-used water, provision of wastewater treatment services and common services fees, grew slightly, and 4) gain on sales of non-current financial assets.
