Thaicom Public Company Limited (THCOM) announced that the company has set up a new subsidiary on June 8, 2021, namely TC Space Connect Company Limited to operate as a satellite service provider for telecommunications in response to consumer demand on communications technology in order to generate long-term revenue and business sustainability. The registered capital was Baht 100,000,000 divided into 10,000,000 ordinary shares, with the par value of 10 each.
