BA Appoints “Puttipong” to the Position of Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Office
BA has appointed Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth to the position of Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Office.
The Board of Directors of Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited (BA) has resolved to appoint Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer effective from January 24, 2019, while his position as President of the company remains the same.
The signatory directors has been amended as follows:
- Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth
- Mrs. Ariya Prasarttong-Osoth
- Mr. Pradit Theekakul
- Mr. Anawat Leelawatwatana
However, Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth and Mrs. Ariya Prasarttong-Osoth, being persons of the same family, shall not jointly sign the documents on behalf of BA in order to comply with the good corporate governance principles of BA.
