GLOW-GPSC Slides after the Price Revision on Purchasing GLOW’s Shares to ฿91.99/share

At 10:50 local time, the share price of Glow Energy Public Company Limited (GLOW) plunged ฿1.00/share or 1.10% to ฿90.25/share with 37.3 million in value. The highest was ฿91.0/share. while the lowest was ฿90.25/share. Meanwhile, Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) faced a rollercoaster session. The share price was flat at ฿61.0/share with 19.8 million in value. The highest was ฿61.75/share and the lowest was ฿60.75/share.

The volatility in share price of both GLOW and GPSC was due to the Amendment of Share Purchase Agreement that GPSC and Engie have agreed to adjust the purchase price from THB 94.892 per share, to THB 91.9906 per share.
