KS states that the competition has lessened after some operators removed aggressive promotions. A new partnership with JAS (to share promotions) will allow DTAC to access JAS’s FBB customer base (9-12mn customers). 4Q19 earnings should beat management’s guidance.
Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited (MTC) with an IAA Consensus target price at ฿66.90/share.
KSS states that the finance sector will benefit from falling interest rates. Next year, MTC can refinance Bt8.7b worth of maturing debentures (highest in the sector) at lower interest costs.
