Kingsford Securities has given a “BUY” recommendation on Jay Mart Public Company Limited (JMART) with a target price at ฿12.30/share.
Kingsford states that the share price of JMART continues to recover after reflecting the negativity from lower sales amid the coronavirus outbreak. The company expected an increase of 10% in revenue this year while the soft loan measure from the government would help lower the NPL outlook.
The market had anticipated JMART’s profit in 2020 and 2021 at 600 million baht and 644 million baht, respectively, increasing 12% YoY and 7% YoY, respectively.
Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) with a target price at ฿38.00/share.
KSS expects that IVL’s 1Q20 net profit should beat Petrochem and Refinery peers (which will book huge stock losses). KSS estimates Bt1.9b net profit for the quarter vs Bt1.5b in 4Q19. Growth should be driven by higher ASP and wider PTA – PET spreads especially in Asia.
