EA Establishes 2 Subsidiaries for Asset Investment and EV Service/Productions

Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) has announced an establishment of its two new subsidiaries from EA’s cash flow as follows;

1) The establishment of EA Waste Management Co., Ltd. (EWM) with a registered capital of 100,000 baht to hold 99.97% of the newly company. The objective of this establishment is to invest in assets of EA’s group related to waste management including produces and distributes electricity generated from waste.

2) The establishment of Absolute Assembly Co., Ltd. (AAB) with a registered capital of 50 million baht to hold 54.99% of the newly company. The objective of this establishment is to produce and distribute electric vehicles including assembly and services for electric vehicles.
