Analysts expected COM7, JMART, SYNEX, SPVI and CPW to be the most beneficial stocks once the four series of iPhone 12 drop this month. As for SPVI, the company signalled a better performance in 4Q compared to the previous quarter in response to more product line ups, especially iPhone 12.
The new iPhone 12 series including iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini has been available to customers in Thailand for pre-order since November 20, 2020 and will go on sale nationwide on November 27, 2020, thus analysts expected 5 IT-related stocks would be benefited which includes COM7 Public Company Limited (COM7), Jay Mart Public Company Limited (JMART), S P V I Public Company Limited (SPVI), Copperwired Public Company Limited (CPW) and Synnex (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SYNEX) as all those aforementioned stocks are the authorized reseller of Apple products.
Mr. Trisorn Volyarngosol, Managing Director of SPVI, stated that the Company expected a better performance in 4Q20 when compared to a quarter earlier as there will be a new release of products including Apple’s iPhone 12 series, which is already available for pre-order since Nov 20 and it has been well-received and successful.
For the morning session on November 23, the share price of COM7 gained ฿0.25/share or 0.62% to ฿40.25/share with a trading value of 116 million baht.
The share price of SPVI rose ฿0.04/share or 1.29% to ฿3.14/share with a trading value of 17 million baht.
Meanwhile, the share price of CPW dropped ฿0.02/share or 0.92% to ฿2.16/share with a trading value of 3.5 million baht
