Maybank Kim Eng has given a “BUY” recommendation on CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited (CK) with a target price at ฿22.00/share.
Maybank expected CK’s normalised earnings for the rest of the year are expected to improve with a dividend from TTW contributing 232 million baht per quarter in 2Q21 and 3Q21. CKP’s profit sharing is expected to improve from the beginning of the rainy season in 2Q21. As for today, follow the auction of the Denchai Chiang Rai Chiang Khong Railway.
Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Wha Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA) with a target price at ฿4.70/share.
KSS expected that WHA should meet their logistic warehousing and solar rooftop targets given strong demand. Water and power revenues will rise as planned maintenance at Gheco-One is completed. Land transfers would miss our estimate but this would be offset by higher-than-expected profit from asset monetization. The M&A deal to be sealed in June will be an upside risk.
