CPN “Clear the Air” The Tender Conditions on GLAND Haven’t Been Finalized

To lifted the "halt" sign from the trading market, CPN stated that the tender offer price and condition still had not concluded.

According to the article from “Kaohoon Online” title: “Central Group” is Set to Takeover “GLAND” with the Aim of “The Super Tower” on August 20, 2018 stated that Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) aiming to takeover Grand Canal Land Public Company Limited (GLAND), the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) had halted CPN and GLAND’s shares in worry of effecting both securities trading pattern as well as the investors’ investment decisions. The halt sign will be lifted after the related companies have clarified the matter to SET.

Right before the market opens on August 21, 2018, CPN had made a statement to clarify that CPN usually conducts feasibility study of the potential investments in real estate projects. As of now, there is no clear conclusion on such study, including price and conditions of the projects. If there is any progress of such potential activity, CPN will disclose the information to SET in no time.

Therefore, the halt sign has been lifted from CPN’s shares.
