One-Time Items Plunges BCPG’s 3Q Profit to ฿401m, “Lomligor” Keeps the Revenue High
BCPG’s 3Q Profit Plunges to ฿401m from One-Time Items, Asserting “Lomligor” to Support the Revenue.
BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG) has reported its 3Q19 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows:
In Q3/2019, the company recorded a net profit of THB 401.2 million, decreased by 64.8% or THB 738.1 million from THB 1,139.3 million in Q3/2018. The decreases from one-time items as followed;
1) Assets disposal of solar power plants at Nagi and Nikaho projects to Infrastructure Fund (IFF) in Japan since Q3/2018 which recorded selling income (before tax) of THB 793.0 million.
2) A record of FX loss of THB 8.3 million, compared to Q3/2018 which recorded FX gain of THB 69.1 million.
However, there are partially supported by gain on share of profit in associates from Indonesia and Philippines, commenced operation of wind power plant project, “Lomligor”, in Q2/2019 and recorded of partially revenue from the acquisition of Nam San 3A.
