CPALL’s Profit in 2019 Increases 6%, Offering a Dividend at ฿1.25/Share

CP All Public Company Limited (CPALL) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2019 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

CPALL reported a net profit in 2019 at 22,343 million baht, increased 6.75 % from a net profit of 20,929 million baht in 2018. The increase was mainly due to the sales revenue and services income of convenience store business, other supporting businesses and the cash & carry business under the name “Siam Makro” that increased to 550,901 million baht, or rose 8.4% from last year.

In addition, the Board of Directors of CPALL had a resolution to approve a dividend payment to be paid on May 22, 2020, at a value of ฿1.25/share with an ex-dividend date on May 5, 2020.
