Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Somboon Advance Technology Public Company Limited (SAT) with a target price of ฿17.00/share.
KSS expected SAT’s earnings to surge in 4Q20 following strong auto output in November, marking first positive month-to-month growth in 19 months to 172,455 units (+11.9% YoY, +15.5% MoM).
KGI Securities has upgraded the outlook on Asia Aviation Public Company Limited (AAV) from “Neutral” to “Outperform” with a target price at ฿3.25/share.
Although AAVs overall performance is expected to be significantly affected by the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, KGI expected that the worst was over in 2Q20. The situation has been improving with the return of domestic flights from 3Q20 (load factor at 65% in 3Q20, 100% in October and November and estimated less than 100% in December).
KGI maintained earnings forecasts with estimated net losses during 2020-21F, which is in line with the outlook of the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
